Compliance Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for complying with TCPA, TSR, and local dialing laws. FlexWorkStream AI is a tool; you must ensure lead consent.

Usage-Based Billing

Subscriptions include a set minute quota. Overages are billed at the prevailing overage rate of your specific plan ($0.35/min, $0.30/min, or $0.25/min).

API & Infrastructure

Reverse engineering our voice models or attempting to bypass multi-tenant security layers will result in immediate termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlexWorkStream AI, provided by Tamaka International ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FlexWorkStream AI provides an autonomous AI-driven voice agent platform designed for real estate lead management, inbound answering, and outbound campaigning. The service includes, but is not limited to, voice synthesis, CRM synchronization, and automated messaging.

3. User Obligations & TCPA Compliance

Critical Compliance Notice

You represent and warrant that all outbound calls and SMS messages initiated through FlexWorkStream AI are made with the prior express written consent of the recipient, in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.

Users are prohibited from using the service for:

  • Illegal robocalling or spoofing caller ID information.
  • Harassment, stalking, or sending unsolicited marketing to numbers on the 'Do Not Call' registry.
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Minute Credits: Unused monthly minute credits do not roll over to the following month.
  • Overage Fees: Usage exceeding your plan’s limit will be billed automatically at the current overage rate.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, voice models, UI/UX, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Tamaka International. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tamaka International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tamaka International is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
