At FlexWorkStream AI, your data is your moat. We Strictly Prohibit the use of your private call recordings, transcripts, or CRM data to train our public Large Language Models (LLMs). Any learning within your account is isolated to your specific instance.

Encryption & Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We utilize SOC2 Type II compliant data centers (AWS/Google Cloud) to ensure your lead information is stored with enterprise-grade protection.

TCPA & Regulatory Compliance

Our AI agents are designed with built-in safeguards to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This includes honoring 'Do Not Call' registries and maintaining rigorous consent-based dialing protocols for outbound campaigns.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the FlexWorkStream AI services, we collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, integrate your CRM, or upload property details. This includes:

  • User Account Data: Name, email address, brokerage name, and payment information.
  • Call Data: Audio recordings, real-time voice streams, and generated transcripts of calls handled by the AI.
  • Integration Data: Lead names, phone numbers, and property details pulled from your connected CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot).
  • Property Listings: Specifications, dimensions, and features imported from Excel/CSV spreadsheets or manually entered database records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve the FlexWorkStream AI platform. Specifically:

  • To execute hyper-realistic voice conversations between the AI and your leads.
  • To synchronize call outcomes and pre-qualification data with your CRM.
  • To send automated SMS and email follow-ups as per your configuration.
  • To prevent fraud and ensure TCPA compliance across all outbound activities.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your lead data or personal information. We share data only with trusted sub-processors necessary for service delivery:

  • Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud for secure hosting.
  • Voice Intelligence: Specialized AI models for low-latency speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing.
  • Telephony: Licensed carriers for routing voice calls and delivering SMS messages.

4. Your Rights & Data Control

As a user of FlexWorkStream AI, you maintain full ownership of your data. You have the right to:

  • Access, export, or delete any call recordings or transcripts stored in our system.
  • Disconnect CRM integrations at any time, which immediately ceases data synchronization.
  • Opt-out of any marketing communications from Tamaka International.
